Legacy Life Shield ("we," "us," or "our") may send SMS (text message) communications to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and opted in to receive text messages from us. These messages may include appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and informational messages related to life insurance services.

Message frequency varies. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS campaigns. Messages are sent only in connection with a direct inquiry or consultation request you have initiated.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact or inquiry forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Legacy Life Shield at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number in SMS communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Legacy Life Shield does not charge any fee for SMS communications.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
